Patti Koehler
My name is Patti Koehler, and I live in the South Jersey-Philadelphia area with my husband George, my 21 year old daughter Abby and 18 year old son Jeremy.
Ever since I was a little girl I can remember crafting in some form. My Mom shared her love of stitchery, sewing, floral design and painting. I credit my cousin Bobbi with introducing me to tolé painting and customized home décor, and she shares my love of scrapbooking. My brother Kurt is a graphic artist, and Abby is an interior design major and excellent scrapbooker as well. As a Navy 'brat', I've been blessed to have been surrounded by all sorts of creativity in many places, including Japan. George and I even owned a silk flower arranging business when we were first married.
Scrapbooking and rubberstamping have been my love for over 10 years. I am a confessed 'paperholic', and love collecting and using the wide array of beautiful designs in the marketplace. After managing the premier scrapbooking store in New Jersey - The Scrapbook Station - for many years, it is my pleasure to continue teaching and interacting with papercrafters there on a part time basis. I also enjoyed several years with Buttons Galore. I am very excited about the versatility of the StartUps line, as well as the huge variety of brads, buttons, and other embellishments that Buttons Galore has to offer. My designs have appeared in Rubber Stamper Magazine, and current projects include working on custom albums as well as my own. I look forward to sharing my projects!
